Well, we finally got it.

After close to ten long months, our wedding video arrived. I’ve converted it for the web using Flash (it’s small since it’s highly compressed — the original was over nine gigabytes!).

I used Camtasia since the new version allows you to break a large video into smaller parts, and creates tables of content on the lefthand side.

I’m sitting here in the honeymoon suite, enjoying breakfast with my beautiful bride on this, our second day as Mr.and Mrs. Fortin.

We’re still in complete awe of that most beautiful day. And I can’t wait to share that day with you. So I’ve posted pictures for you to see.

These candid photos were taken by guests who were gracious enough to send them over to me. While they may be candid, they give you a pretty good idea of the immense beauty, overwhelming happiness and indescribable magic of that special day.

Last month, I’ve risen from the ashes.

You see, in the past year, I’ve been through highs and lows. I’ve dealt with the best copy I’ve ever written — while dealing with (and firing) a whole bunch of vampire clients. I’ve quit soliciting for copywriting work and seen a remarkable improvement in my health and well-being — while dealing with my sister’s worsening health caused by liver cancer, diabetes and lupus.

And the coup de grace:

I’ve gone through a bitter separation and a painful divorce (which is still underway) — while starting to date the most wonderful woman in the world. She is unquestionably, undoubtedly, indubitably, irrefutably my Soul Mate. My best friend. My pillar. My Angel sent from above. My One and Only.

And last month, I made it official “live” on stage.
