Give Your Joint-Venture Offer An Extra Punch

Joint-venture partnerThe other day I was asked, “How do I motivate a potential joint venture partner to bite? When you have a great idea and you’ve located the perfect partner, how do you motivate them to do business with you?”

But regardless of how you approach your prospective partner, whether it’s through an email, fax, or phone call, or by snail mail or FedEx, it is important to craft the offer in a manner that shows the benefits to your joint-venture partner.

However, there are a few extra tricks to motivate a potential partner.

Jay Abraham And Michel Fortin

Jay AbrahamFrom my hotel, I can see a beautiful view of Redondo Beach, California, hugging the warm, breathtaking Pacific coastline lined with a panoply of restaurants, merchants, and boats.

Enjoying the scenery notwithstanding, I’m not blogging much right now because I’m out of town spending a couple of days with Jay Abraham. Upon my return from Los Angeles, my wife and I will be getting ready to leave again for Atlanta to be at the Big Seminar next weekend.

Master Your Mind, Mind Your Master

GroupIf you’ve ever been a follower of Napoleon Hill’s “Think And Grow Rich,” then you’ve certainly heard of the concept of the Mastermind Group.

The concept is quite simple: find people you want to associate with, and try to meet with them regularly. People who you admire and trust, who are supportive, and whose opinions you value.

But there’s a big difference between what Napoleon Hill teaches, and the way most groups today are formed. (And in that category I include blogs and forums, too.)

In fact, participating in one may hurt you. And perhaps do so without you even knowing it.

Gary Halbert And Michel Fortin… Part Deux

barricade Gary Halbert And Michel Fortin... Part DeuxThe last two weeks have been nuts. So I haven’t had the chance to post much. After writing Frank Kern’s salesletter for his big Underachiever Mastery launch last Sunday working almost the entire time while at Stephen Pierce’s seminar in Detroit, barricading myself in my hotel room, it’s been more than crazy.

It’s been insane!

In fact, I promised a friend of mine in Windsor (Rick Beneteau) to visit him while down there, but Frank’s letter was such a huge affair, I had no choice. I was stuck. And now, I’m exhausted. (And that doesn’t count the fact that I’m writing two other big projects — one for John Reese, and another for Armand Morin.

But now that the bigger dust has settled, let’s roll.
