Just an update on things.

I’m typing this from my hotel room in Anaheim, California, where my wife and I are speaking at a seminar. My Internet connection is shoddy and intermittent, so I can’t do much right now. Even typing this blog post feels like pulling teeth.

To my coaching students, I will be answering your emails once I return to my office, or this weekend if I have a chance and the connection improves.

I will be back early next week, posting an explosive new article on how to double or even triple your profits using an amazing twist on something we already do as copywriters and business owners.

In the meantime, glide on over to my new site, Copywriters Library, where I have over 6 hours of audio interviews with master copywriters Gary Halbert and John Carlton, and 2 of my complete books reprinted free for you.

Just a little note to let you know that I’m in Raleigh, North Carolina all week, as I’m recording a new product with my friend Armand Morin on blogging.

We literally go step by step through the process of setting up a blog, adding all the plugins, tweaking it, driving traffic to it, and of course, monetizing it properly.

I will return next week, and have a few new articles for you. In the meantime, did you check out my coaching program? A few openings are left. At least take a moment to read it. There are some great copy lessons in there, too!

When I was approached by Dr. Mike Woo-Ming about his latest endeavor, which is to help and create awareness for an important cause that’s also affecting him at a very personal level, I wanted to do my part.

I could simply write about it and tell you what’s going on. I certainly couldn’t write about the issue specifically because, fortunately, it doesn’t affect my family.

But I recently discovered that this issue hits very close to home for one of my coaching students, Mila Sidman. Mila is also a great writer. So rather than writing a blog post myself on a topic I know little about, I decided to ask her to write today’s blog post as a guest blogger, instead.

Yup, I feel like a schmuck. I goofed up, and here’s how YOU benefit from my mistake. But first, the backstory…

Today, I got a frantic email from Eric Graham, who unsuccessfully tried several times to join my Email-Based Coaching Program since it first came out.

His email, which was a well-written plea infused with a bit of humor (it made my day), talked about how he tried to join when it was $300 a month. As more people joined, the price went up, as I said it would. But he was persistent and kept trying… to no avail.

At $350, nothing. $400? No luck. $450? Try again. Then at $500, he gave up. Almost. He then emailed me, pleading me to take his money. (No, Eric, I don’t accept cows, chickens or even your firstborn.)

Then, it hit me.
