Mark Your Calendars For May Madness

ericmichel.jpgI'm back from Atlanta from attending the Big Seminar.

I got to see my friends and some top marketers while there, including Jim Edwards, Marlon Sanders, Mike Woo-Ming, Brad Fallon, Jeff Johnson, Ray Edwards, Eric Graham, and more. (The picture on the left is with Eric Graham, one of my coaching students.)

The highlight of the weekend, aside from the great content and the networking and shoulder-rubbing opportunities, was Saturday night. Dr. Scott Lewis, an Internet marketer as well, is a hypnotist with a regular show in Vegas. He gave a show on Saturday that was filled with surprises.

(My jaw still hurts from laughing so much!)

Nevertheless, I’m back in the office and now getting ready for a ton of events. May is shaping up to be quite a busy month, with webinars, teleseminars, copy critiques, and more.

First on the agenda…

Tomorrow I'll be completing the 7-Step Copywriting Process webinar with Eric Graham, where I will continue my webinar presentation that was inadvertently cut short due to a technical oversight.

In this “part two,” I will probably spend up to 15 minutes to complete my presentation, and then spend over an hour answering questions from the audience — including you, if you join us — through the webinar chat room.

This is your chance to ask me any question, live and in real-time, to which I will answer on the call. Some of the best content often comes out during these Q&As, so this is your opportunity to grill me… for free!

Also, some people have asked if we will make recordings available of the seminar in the future. Unfortunately, we won’t. But I will give my Copy Doctor members a chance to view this webinar.

Next on the agenda…

It's Russell Brunson's Internet Marketer of The Year webinar series, where I will deliver a presentation and compete against other top copywriters and marketers. This is an "American Idol" style of webinar, where you get to vote whose content is the best.

I'm competing against some top marketers. Some of them include Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero, Ray Edwards, Yanik Silver, Armand Morin, Rich Schefren, Stephen Pierce, Shawn Casey, Brad Fallon, and a slew of others.

My webinar is slated for May 10th. To sign up for this series already underway, click here to register. It's free, although there is an offer to buy the recordings if you're interested.

Next on the agenda…

Speaking of "part twos," if you recall, over a month ago I did a teleseminar on "Blogging For Dollars" with Clayton Makepeace for his EasyWriters Club. People raved about the call so much that they begged Clayton to do another. I accepted. So we're going to do "Blogging For Dollars Part 2!"

I'll be posting the link to the call, which will take place on May 24th, as soon as I get the link from Wendy Makepeace. This time, the call is not free because it is part of the EasyWriters Club. However, if you signup, you will get a chance to test-drive the club for only a fraction of the cost.

(Again, I'll post it here once I get all the information.)

  • I'd be interested in something I call "video copywriting," which, by one defintion, would be the use of having embeded video right on the salesletter.

Think: If it's the words that sell, and a picture's worth a thousand words, how much is a word video worth?
  • Hahahahaha,

I bet it was so much fun.

Last week I was in Vegas and Dr. Scott had me doing Air Guitar
maneuvers that are out of this world. Plus, I dragged half of the
Tony Robbins crew there too after the 4 day event, so we were
all primed and ready to have a blast!

    The show was ROCKING!

I'll load it up on Youtube when I get a copy of it. It was some
    hilarious, and fun times!
