  • Hi Michel:

The stuff with Gary was terrific. I am a retired broadcaster of some 30 years .. doing some college teaching these days and playing online as well .. would greatly appreciate any feedback on this very basic website I only started today .. I think it has a good start copywise .. but feel free to fire away .. all comments are welcome ... cheers, Mike

  • I love the quality of your products (Hype = Output Performance), not so common on the internet today!!. Many other marketers are full on hype with little important info for someone to gain from and justify their investment. Well done Michel.

This is starting to read like another satisfied testimonial... by the way talking about testimonials and how important testimonials are for higher conversion rates and credibility of product satisfaction.

Michel, you should visit my site if you want to lift the "bar" on testimonials included in each of your existing sales letters. Why you ask? Because my site allows the "live public" to make their judgement all publicly offered business opportunities.

Sound like it might be an extra tool you could use? Then visit my site, have look around to get a feel of what I have to offer and "suggest an article". Your submission is emailed to me for special attention.

P.S. thanks for reading till the end

Great calls. One problem though about that metal object. I tried emailing both addresses to receive it in the mail but get bouncebacks. It sounds very interesting.

    Michael,

You are wonderful for sharing this information to us -- and at no cost! You could easily have sold these calls for a tidy sum. What a great gift. Thank you.

    Hi Michel,

the download link is gone already, so now it cannot be download anymore? Or is there another link to get it?

    The Bad Blogger
  • @The Bad Blogger - Can you not see the gray play buttons?
  • TheBadBlogger
@Michel Fortin - Oh I think you had mistaken I was actually wondering if it can be downloaded, so that I can listen to it in my mp3 player...
  • Bobby Rio
Yes, I was also wondering if it is possible to download the MP3 to listen to on my IPOD... my computer speakers are horrible and I'd love to hear the interviews with Halbert and Carlton.

by the way, just found the site last week and have been devouring all of the great articles you've put up- and just got on your mailing list.... this site is just what i've been looking for
  • @Bobby Rio - I can't do that because the plugin that plays the mp3's automatically changes the links inside the post into flash players. It's also because I don't want the audio files to be passed around and have people skip my blog altogether.

I'd rather have people come to my blog to listen to them -- after all, this blog and its sponsors pay for it, and the maintenance it requires.

"You can also download and listen to the MP3s. "
You should edit this line from your copy.

    Michael,

This is a great blog! Tons of great stuff like this interview. I am really glad i came across it. I write copy for the company I am with and I am trying to help my brother get into it. This is the first place I am sending him to. Thanks for all the great info.

By the way, I noticed your response to people who wanted to download the interview. I know what you are saying, but here are a couple of quick ideas that may actually increase traffic. You could add a intro to the audio promoting your blog and end the audio thanking selected sponsors. This way if the audio is viral you will get more exposure and your sponsors will too. Another thought is to require registration for anyone wishing to download the audio. They may opt in for your newsletter and you can send them offers/ information / banners along with the download link. Just a couple of thoughts. Not for myself. I am happy to come to the site and listen thanks for making it available.

    @Eric Galuppo -

Michel, sorry for misspelling your name. I cut and pasted it to make sure I didn't make that mistake, but I chose the wrong person to copy from. Pretty ironic. Please accept my apology.
  • Jose
    Hello,
I also would like to download the interview. i have read your reasons why you would not allow us to do so.
I think that since the moment we are part of your blog list, it means that you provide us with good value. i know you would not like the recordings to get out of control. i also noticed that your copy says that we can download them.

this is creating a bit of frustration to the consumer and the experience does not match expectations. If you want to people to keep coming to your blog, i suggest that that their expectations are being matched.

In any case, not all of us can stay hooked to a computer to listen the audios BUT most of us would like to listen to them. could there be something in between?

    Thanks for your comments,
