Feel Like Making Link Love

Link loveSince we’re getting ready to fly to Vegas to speak this weekend, I didn’t want to leave without making a quick post. But with no time to write an article myself, I decided to spread some link love.

Anyway, here are five of them…

1. One of my favorite blogs is one by Maki Doshdosh. And since I posted a recent article on the value of Facebook with my marketing efforts (specifically, the lack thereof), I though I’d bring in a different and opposing perspective.

Facebook Marketing: Resources

2. John Wesley wrote a great piece on writing tips he gleaned from the masters. While the “masters” he’s referring to are fiction writers, poets, and playwrights, they are easily applicable to the copywriter.

The Art of Writing: 10 Tips from the Masters

3. One of my best friends in this business is Armand Morin, million-dollar marketer and creator of the Big Seminar. Armand’s blog offers some real nuggets, and the article below is certainly one of them.

Paint a Picture With Your Copy

4. My friend, mentor, and top copywriter John Carlton has one of a handful of blogs from which I read each and every post, beginning to end. It’s not just about copywriting. It’s about marketing, life, and human behavior. This article is a perfect example.

A Brief Jolt Of Intense Pain, And Then…

5. Daniel Levis is an underrated copywriter. The guy is brilliant, and provides some of the best copywriting tips I’ve ever read. It’s no wonder he’s Clayton Makepeace’s secret Internet weapon. This blog is a shining example.
