   Can I get customer or technical support?

   If you need support (such as losing a password, having trouble downloading or opening products, reporting a bug, etc), or if need assistance for any reason, please check out our support helpdesk and, if your answer is not there, open a ticket through our helpdesk system.

   The helpdesk is for tracking purposes only, as it is impossible to read or reply to every email. Opening a ticket guarantees you will receive a response from my support staff, and it keeps a permanent record of your request, unlike email that can get accidentally lost.

   Can I hire you for copywriting or consulting?

   I offer copywriting, copy rewriting, consulting, and speaking services. For more information about my services, including fees, projects, client lists, programs, and samples, visit my corporate site, The Success Doctor, Inc. If you wish to know how much of an investment is required, you can fill out a free quote request (it’s a $95 value).

   Can I see some of your copywriting samples?

   You can check out a partial client list, samples from my portfolio, testimonials from clients, as well as actual results achieved with my copy or consulting services. Visit my corporate site, The Success Doctor, Inc., and go to the services offered section for more.

   Can you review my salesletter or website?

   What you’re asking for is a critique consultation, and I charge a nominal fee for doing these. You can get a free estimate (it’s a $95 value) to do a formal, full-on critique consultation. Otherwise, if you simply have a quick question and want some advice or guidance, you can also use my free question-and-answer blog by both my wife Sylvie and I.

   Can I advertise on your copywriting blog?

   If you simply wish to add your ad that will be displayed on this blog, you can buy ad space by contacting me. Personally, I prefer commission- or performance-based advertisements. So if you have an affiliate program and/or can make me a “super-affiliate” at a higher-than-normal commission, I would prefer that than actually selling ad space.

   Can I reprint your articles or blog posts?

   Absolutely. As long as you leave the “about the author” section at the end of each article intact, with links back to my site, you can distribute or reprint any of my articles or posts on your own blog, ezine, newsletter, magazine, website, publication, or directory. If you wish to edit the content for style or length, simply let me know.

   Also, you may freely distribute, reprint, or publish content from my free ebook, “The 10 Commandments of Power Positioning,” or my freely downloadable white paper, “The Death of The Salesletter,” provided that the content and links are unedited and left intact as well. You may give it away to your readers or as a gift to your customers. Please contact me if there’s anything else I can do for you.

   Can I interview you or speak with you?

   If your question is a joint-venture request, only requests for interviews, content contribution, participation in teleseminars or webinars, or approval for using content for commercial purposes will be considered. To be considered, please open a support ticket through our helpdesk system.

   Otherwise, please note that, at this time, we are not taking on any JV requests. Requests are coming in several times a day, and I am trying to keep it from becoming a stressful situation for me and my team. Thank you for understanding.

   Where can I get a blog theme like yours?

   Unfortunately, I designed my own theme using the basic WordPress theme template (based on the Kubrick default theme), and customized the graphics with Adobe® PhotoShop and the stylesheets to fit.

   However, since so many people asked, Cory Miller, a talented blog designer, and with my permission, created a blog theme based on mine. You can find out more at Clean Copy WordPress Theme and Clean Copy Right and Full themes. And yes, you can download and use those themes. They are both free.

   Can show me how to start marketing online?

   My wife, Sylvie, and I have a product that can help you start, run, and grow an online business. It’s called “One Bite at a Time,” and it’s a series of weekly email lessons that link to a video online.

   Each lesson shows you how to find a hungry market, source a product they will buy, create a website to sell it from, and how to drive them (traffic) to your website. Best of all, you can try for the first 30 days for just one dollar.
